Join us on Sunday, September 29 from 1-4pm for our first ever Fall Open House at AgX, which will be free and open to all past, current, and prospective AgX members!
If you've signed up for AgX membership recently, you're a long-time member looking to get back into the swing of things, or you’re a new prospective member, this event is for you. For example: Do you have a film you’re stuck on? Have you been trying to get your Bolex to work again? Do you need to scan some film to work with, or just looking for a place to edit film or video? Are you seeking an overview or a refresher on how to hand-process? Do you just want to gain a better sense of the landscape of people and opportunities to make film and video at AgX?
Here are some things you’ll be able to do at the Fall Open House:
Meet other prospective/recent/long-time AgX members over food/drink/music
Learn about the filmmaking facilities and other resources available to you at AgX
Watch some samples from a wide variety of AgX member film and video work
Take a deeper dive on a particular film question, resource, or process by sitting in on a rotating series of 15 minute member-led mini-demonstrations or small group discussions.
